Paul is a tech entrepreneur with over 25 years experience working with innovative technologies. He co-founded and ran Marvellous Mobile, the UK's first creative-led mobile marketing agency, which he successfully sold to major advertising group, Aegis. He went on to launch a new company, Ustar, which creates short, exciting movies in situations where it is difficult or impossible for consumers to film themselves. Paul has taken a keen interest in Project Eileen since its beginnings and is working with the team to explore how best to use digital technologies as a delivery medium.
